Cycling

Road cycling is fast becoming a very popular sport amongst secondary school students.  At Sacred Heart Girls’ College it is a relatively new sport and we are working towards increasing the number of students who can cycle at an appropriate level to compete in Waikato Secondary School Cycling Events.

The College links with the Hamilton Cycling Club which runs a summer series every Thursday evening from October through to April.  The Hamilton Cycling Club has two junior categories catering for cyclists at all levels.
