Some of our students participated this year in this wonderful event that allows our emerging hospitality stars to compete and gain some valuable skills.
The girls entered the Cup Cake section where they had to present six cupcakes on one plate. The flavour of the cupcakes and plate presentation is the competitor’s choice. We also had a competitor in the Creative Savoury Pizza. We had some fantastic results, with a number of gold, silver and bronze medals!
