They are assisting with prep for a large function (Torlesse filleting and preparing Salmon), making pizza dough, and helping out with weekend catering for a large event.
Both Torlesse and Romina are very grateful for this wonderful opportunity to hone their skills and gain experience. They’re especially enjoying working with the very welcoming and supportive Sky City team and for the tutelage of Scott, Nathan, Jake and Charlie.
